Sharjah is building villas faster than any other northern emirate, from Al Rahmaniya and Al Tai to Hoshi and Al Suyoh, while the industrial areas along Al Sajaa and Emirates Road keep adding warehouses. Most of that work is G+1 slab pours on a tight cycle, where late or short-delivered shoring costs a day of labour. SCAFFWORKS supplies from our own yard in Umm Al Quwain, about 40 minutes away, so Sharjah is a short delivery run rather than a cross-country haul.
Because we manufacture the cuplock standards and ledgers ourselves from EN10219 tube, the quantities you order are the quantities that arrive, and a mid-project top-up comes off the factory line. Villas are most of our Sharjah work. A typical G+1 villa slab takes a few hundred cuplock standards and ledgers with aluminium beams and props, which we supply from stock. There is no minimum quantity beyond what the layout needs, but there is a minimum hire period, stated in the quote.

Either. Supply-and-erect is the usual choice for access scaffolds and multi-storey shoring. Many Sharjah villa contractors erect slab shoring with their own crews to our layout drawing and call us only for inspection support.
Rental stock is our own production and is inspected on return. Bent standards and ledgers with worn blades are withdrawn from the hire fleet, so what arrives on site passes the competent-person check. Anything that fails inspection on site is replaced.
