Standards are inset from the walls by the edge offset; beams cantilever to the slab edge. Bay follows the slab-thickness rule (1.80 m ≤ 28 cm slab), capped at Max bay. Grid 1.6 × 1.8 = standards 1.6 m apart along each primary beam, primary lines 1.8 m apart (each size is still capped by the thickness rule).
