Dubai has the most competitive scaffolding market in the UAE, and most of it is trading yards renting imported stock. SCAFFWORKS is different: we manufacture the cuplock standards and ledgers we rent, from EN10219 steel tube, at our facility in Umm Al Quwain, about an hour up Emirates Road from central Dubai. The material arriving on your site is our own production rather than a mixed pool of unknown origin, and top-up quantities come from the factory rather than a waiting list.
Our Dubai work is mostly villa and low-rise residential: slab shoring for G+1 and G+2 villas, basement core-wall formwork, and access scaffolds for block work and finishing. Recent examples include a 580 m² villa and core-wall formwork for a 12-villa basement package. Every Dubai hire comes with a shoring layout and bill of quantities from our engineers, so your consultant has something to approve before the first truck leaves.

Our yard is in Umm Al Quwain, roughly an hour from most Dubai sites via Emirates Road. Once the layout and quantities are agreed we schedule delivery around your pour or erection dates. For repeat customers with an approved layout, top-up loads are quicker because the material is already allocated.
Both. Most Dubai clients take supply-and-erect: our crews erect to the approved drawing, your safety officer inspects and tags the scaffold, and we return to dismantle and collect. Supply-only is available if you have your own scaffolders.
Yes. Every rental includes a shoring or access layout and load calculations prepared by our engineers from your slab thickness, floor height and drawings. Stamped design packages for complex or high-load cases are available on request.
Rent is charged monthly per component, with a minimum hire period stated in the quote. Transport and erection labour are quoted separately. Yes. Aluminium column and core-wall formwork, S150 and S225 aluminium beams, H20 timber beams, props and accessories are all available on hire alongside the cuplock system. The 12-villa basement package above used our core-wall formwork.
