Dubai Municipality Permit-Readiness Checklist

    This tool produces an indicative layout and materials estimate to EN 12811 load-class principles. It is a planning aid, not a stamped engineering design.

    Under Dubai Municipality's Code of Construction Safety Practice, the final scaffold design and structural calculations must be prepared by a competent designer, and the erected scaffold must be inspected and certified by a third party approved by Dubai Municipality before use. Materials must meet ESMA requirements. Contact our engineering team to prepare a certified design package.
